    CBD to help Veterans

For many of us pain is understandable. It’s a part of everyday life, but the psychological trauma that our military veterans live with is something entirely different. During 2014-16, the rate of probable PTSD among ex-regular veterans was 7.4%, compared with 4.8% among those currently serving as regular personnel, the study found. Former military personnel who deployed to Iraq and Afghanistan were more likely to report the symptoms of PTSD.

Unfortunately, mental health issues carry a sigma and many veterans won’t admit that they can see so often no one pays attention to it.

Only 50% of veterans that return from service will seek help. There’s a stigma attached to getting help, so much that many veterans turn to self-medication which leads to substance abuse and addiction.

    Symptoms and treatment

This swelling of the sinuses causes a build-up of mucus that puts pressure on the sinus cavities. Depending on where the build-up actually occurs, the pain may result in strain on and around the eyes, causing headaches, swelling and inability to breath through the nose.

Sinusitis is the result of an infection, either viral or bacterial. Fungi-induced sinusitis can also occur, but this is usually the result of an underlying allergy that develops into sinusitis.

The cases of sinusitis are well into their millions and typically affect adults. Although, cases of children with sinusitis do exist. Some instances can last up to several months, but the condition is considered to be acute rather then chronic. Those who suffer from chronic sinusitis are classified as
